Management, the board of directors and the supervisory board must be able to make decisions and function, shareholder and general meetings need to be prepared and held, resolutions must be passed, and documents require submittance to registers and authorities on time. The importance of corporate law is constantly increasing, accompanied by compliance and corporate governance issues. This is where I advise and support – in a contemporary and sensitive manner.

    • Content and time scale planning, advising and supporting your projects from kick-off to implementation
    • Early identification of interfaces with other departments and integration of the same
    •  Timely coordination with other advisors in Germany or abroad
  • Assignment as project lawyer to support individual projects in your company

Maxi Krumbiegel advises in German and English and prepares legal bilingual documentation upon request and depending on its use.

If you already have other advisors in Germany or abroad, she will gladly coordinate with them and coordinate the implementation of your legal projects for you, especially in cross-border matters.

Expertise

Maxi Krumbiegel is admitted to the German Bar since 2005 and has years of experience in advising international groups, medium-sized companies and family businesses on commercial and corporate law, both nationally and cross-border.

From 2008 to 2021, she worked for Ernst & Young as an attorney in the Corporate/M&A department. There she advised clients in particular on internal reorganizations in Germany and abroad, coordinated projects and advisors in multiple countries and set up legal structures in Germany and abroad.

Until 2022, she worked as an inhouse lawyer for a European rating agency. There, she advised the Executive Board and Supervisory Board, took on the role of Board Secretary and was available to the various divisions as a legal contact.
